How do I remove an SMS communication channel?
Open Settings
Click the personal settings link.
Delete Contacts
Click the Trash icon next to the Email id you would like to remove. A pop-up window will appear in your browser.
Confirm Deletion
Click the OK button to delete the contact from your Profile.
